Cloud Depot RPS enables the use of Custom Objects in Halo. This custom object allows you to directly access the customer detail page in Cloud Depot
Customer Portal
The customer portal custom object is designed for internal use, enabling your staff to efficiently access the Cloud Depot RPS portal and quickly retrieve the specific customer information they wish to view from HaloPSA.
HaloPSA -> Configuration -> Custom Objects -> Custom Buttons
Step 1
Select the Customer entity from the Custom Buttons section in HaloPSA
Step 2
Click on the "New" button located at the top right of the page to initiate the creation of a new Custom Button object. Assign a name and label to your button; for instance, we have chosen "Cloud Depot RPS View Customer" for the name and "View in RPS" for the label. Additionally, select an icon for your button; in our example, we have opted for the money icon.
Cloud Depot -> Products -> Recurring Payments-> Configuration -> HaloPSA Payment Details tab
Retrieve the complete URL from the 'View Customers in RPS' section and insert it into the URL field in Halo.
