How to close or cancel your account with Cloud Depot


Please Note:

Cloud Depot permanently deletes data from our production environment, making it impossible to restore any deleted information.

Because of the nature of our data removal, for your security reason, our support team cannot cancel your account on your behalf. All cancellations must be completed through our secure portal by an authorized account holder.

 

Cancelation of your account

Invoices are issued on a 30-day billing cycle in arrears. To cancel your account, you must provide at least 30 days' notice. If you are planning ahead for a transition off our platform, we can accommodate up to 90 days' notice.

To begin the cancellation process, please send an email to support@clouddepot.com.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will generate your final invoice. After you settle this invoice, we will send you a cancellation authority link to confirm your request.
