How to close or cancel your account with Cloud Depot

Cloud Depot permanently deletes data from our production environment, making it impossible to restore any deleted information. To protect your account, we have implemented additional verification measures to ensure that only authorized individuals can cancel an account.

If you are not under a fixed-term contract with Cloud Depot, your account will typically require a 30-day notice for cancellation.

1. To begin the cancellation process, please reach out to our support team by sending an email to support [support[at]clouddepot.com].
If possible, let us know which PSA you plan to transition to, as this information is valuable to us.

2. Our team will inform you of your final billing date with Cloud Depot. If you wish to cancel immediately, you have the option to adjust this billing date accordingly.

3. Once the cancellation is processed on our end, you will need to confirm it within your Cloud Depot portal.

4. Before finalizing your cancellation, please make sure to disconnect any plugins that are linked to your Cloud Depot account.
