How to view a UDF Position contact in Autotask

Autotask can be configured to display which Company contacts have their Xero accounts position defined via a UDF.

 

Autotask -> CRM -> Contacts

Step 1. Log into Autotask and navigate to CRM > Contacts

Step 2. Select the column chooser icon

Step 3. Scroll through the available columns, locate Contact: Position, add it to your selected columns, then click Save & Close.

Now, when you search for a Company (Account), you can see which contact has been configured with the Xero accounts ‘Position’.
