# Request an immediate sync between Autotask and Xero

## This article explains how you can request a on-demand sync within the Cloud Depot portal

Autotask to Xero -\> Sync Overview -\> Sync Logs

 

You can initiate an on-demand sync or request an immediate sync by logging into Cloud Depot, navigating to the Sync Logs tab, and selecting the On-demand sync button.
