Understanding the RPS Widget

Get the most out of the RPS Widget

Once you have successfully setup the RPS product your Cloud Depot dashboard page will display the RPS summary widget.

Widget Screen

All columns can be clicked on to display more detailed information about that item.

Unpaid Invoices

This is the sum of all invoices that require payments (this number will be subject to the sync history, for example the default sync history is 60 days). Clicking on this column will give you a list of all invoices awaiting payment in our invoices portal.

Recurring Payments

This is the sum of invoices that are potentially applicable for recurring payment subject to your payment rules.

Note: your auto payment rules will be the final determination if the invoice gets paid automatically.

AutoPay Customers

This is the sum of all customers that have AutoPay turned on. Clicking on that column will give you a filtered list of these customers in our Customers portal.

Credit Cards

This is the sum of all credit cards that your customers have saved with Cloud Depot. Clicking on that column will give you a list of customers filtered who have credit cards saved.

Unsent Invoices

This is the sum of all invoices that are waiting to be sent to clients. Clicking on that column will give you a list in our invoices portal.
