Accepting Stripe Payments from Autotask Invoices - Autotask stripe integration

If you use Autotask to create and send invoices, you can easily accept payments through Stripe by incorporating payment links directly within the PDF invoices and Autotask email templates.

How it works

To get started, simply connect your Stripe account to our Cloud Depot RPS (recurring payment service) platform.

We will then create a customizable 'Pay Online' HTML code that you can easily integrate into both your Autotask PDFs and email templates.

When your customers receive these emails and PDFs, they can click embedded links to access a branded payment portal, allowing them to pay your invoices settle their invoices using your Stripe account.

What accounting systems does it work with?

RPS is designed to work seamlessly with Xero; however, we can configure your account to be accounting platform agnostic. This means that as long as you have Autotask setup to send invoices, you can accept payments using Stripe with the RPS platform.
