This article explains how to add or update your credit card details in Cloud Depot
Step 1. Log into Cloud Depot Depot
If you do not already have access to our Cloud Depot platform, please reach out to a colleague who can invite you in. Please note that our support team is unable to process payments via email or phone; you must securely enter your card details into our portal.
Step 2. Navigate to Billing & Invoices
My Organization - > Settings -> Billing & Invoices
Step 3. Add or Update your card details
Note: If you have an overdue invoice, it will be processed promptly or within 3 working days. Updating your card details will immediately reactivate your account if it is suspended.
