Your account has multiple connections to Cloud Depot (X) however your login to Xero doesn't have access to all the Xero accounts (N), please ask the subscriber of your Xero account to resetup the connection between Cloud Depot and Xero.

Option 1
Request the subscriber (owner) of the Xero account to grant you access to all connected Xero organizations.
Option 2
Request the subscriber (owner) of the Xero account to start the reconnection process with Xero within Cloud Depot.
