Quantity or unit price is not recording correctly on the Xero line item

On bundled or grouped items some line items have a 1 for the quantity and the total amount for the unit price.

This issue can occur when our sync tool tries to cross reference API data against a second data source to ensure data integrity. This process is now being phased out as it was only required when the Autotask API had limitations that required our sync to run this process.
