      How to read the error logs

      Recurring Payment -> Reports & Logs -> Error Logs

      Any problems or issues that are recorded during sync, invoicing and reconcile will be logged in this report. Error logs are kept for 41 days, we recommend checking the error logs during your payment reconcile in Xero each month.
