Is domain is protected with one or more Certification Authority Authentication (CAA) records?
Having one or more Certification Authority Authentication (CAA) records protecting your domain will restrict Cloud Depot from issuing a certificate for your domain.
To facilitate the issuance of certificates, we rely on AWS for management. In order for us to provide you with a certificate, the value field in your CAA record must include one of the specified domain names:
- amazon.com
- amazontrust.com
- awstrust.com
- amazonaws.com
