# Trouble logging in with 2FA (MFA) app

## Trouble logging in with 2FA with your phone returning Invalid Authentication Code.

The authentication app on your phone is based on time codes and requires accurate date/time settings locally on your phone to produce codes that are in sync with Cloud Depot. Sometimes your phones date/time can slip out of sync.

**Please check your time settings below:**

| iPhone | Android |
| --- | --- |
| - Go to the **Settings** app - Select **General** - Select **Date & Time** - Enable **Set Automatically** | - Go to the **Settings** app - Select **General Management** - Select **Date and Time** - Enable **Automatic date and time** |
