Trouble logging in with 2FA (MFA) app

Trouble logging in with 2FA with your phone returning Invalid Authentication Code.

The authentication app on your phone is based on time codes and requires accurate date/time settings locally on your phone to produce codes that are in sync with Cloud Depot. Sometimes your phones date/time can slip out of sync.

Please check your time settings below:

iPhone Android
  • Go to the Settings app
  • Select General
  • Select Date & Time
  • Enable Set Automatically
  • Go to the Settings app
  • Select General Management
  • Select Date and Time
  • Enable Automatic date and time
