Overview of the Customer Portal Dashboard
A full list of your customers will show, automatically ordered by the amount the customer owes. You will be able to see Customer Name, Email, amount of Invoices due, the Amount due on those invoices, and whether they have any credit cards saved on file, and if they have Auto Pay switched on.
Clicking on the header of each row will sort the Customers grid ascending or descending.
To access the full records for a customer, click on the Customer Name blue link.
In the Customer area, you will be able to view their full details, invoice details, and change any payment settings as required.
Next to the amount due we display the payment method (if any) assigned to that customer.
What the icons mean
|This icon means the preferred payment method is a bank ACH/Direct Debit payment|
|This icon means the preferred payment method is a card but no cards are on file for that customer|
|A branded card means a card is on file and the preferred method of payment is that card|
If the customer is setup for Auto Pay a green tick will fill that column
