Why did my Xero get disconnected?

Disconnections to the Xero API can occur occasionally due to network congestion

Xero requires partners to refresh access tokens every 30 minutes, this is good for security but occasionally introduces issues due to the frequency of refreshing.

Xero is aware of this issue and has introduced measures to counteract dropped connections. 

In most cases, if a connection drops, Cloud Depot is able to reconnect within 30 minutes, however this isn’t always successful.
